Patty’s Place is a fine dining restaurant in Seal Beach, CA that specializes in steaks, seafood, fresh pastas and cult wines. They are my newest client and my best work to date. I launched their social media accounts in September 2024. As of December 2024 I’ve more than tripled their following and have sent over 400 people to their Yelp page to make a reservation or to learn more about their offerings. Before I implemented my management services, I began by crafting a robust strategy to lay out objectives, creative growth tactics, brand messaging and much more. I also performed a digital audit of all of the third party websites they were on that might have inconsistent information about Patty’s Place. In addition to social media management, I also offer Yelp management. We’ve seen a significant increase in reservations and reviews since implementing our new social media strategy. The biggest component to Patty’s Place’s success is utilizing engaging video (reel) content and positioning it in a creative, on-brand manner all with the goal of getting people excited to try or come back to Patty’s Place.
